Returns and Refunds

At Kent Trading Company, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@kenttradingco.net within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will alsnotify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund tyour original method of payment.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refund Delays

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
